About
Dr Glen Martin is a Senior Lecturer in Health Data Science at the University of Manchester. With a background in medical statistics, his research interests centre around the development and evaluation of methods for prediction modelling, and the application of those methods to produce prediction models for clinical use. Specific areas of methodological interest include prediction of multiple outcomes, penalisation methods for prediction, handling of missing data for developing prediction models, and federated analysis. He has previously developed prediction models for applications in cardiovascular surgery and lung resection, and has worked to implement these models into practice.
