This Phenomics bite-sized video is presented by Mark, a patient and founder member of the Health Data Research UK Phenomics for People Action Group, and Eda, a research fellow in medical informatics and machine learning at the Department of Computer Science at UCL.


This video will cover 2 objectives:


Objective 1. Raising awareness - Understand that as a patient I have the right to define the phenotypes that matter to me.


· Articulate Mark’s patient journey, from diagnosis to treatment


· Describe why involving patients in the definition of phenotypes is important and why it is important to include the outcomes that matter to people


Objective 2. Discuss different approaches to involving patients at every stage of phenotype generation
