It’s time to get your team's values in writing with a Code of Conduct. This video explains how to co-create mutual expectations for behaviour, providing a clear and objective framework for resolving conflicts and holding each other to account.

Learning outcomes:

Co-create a Code of Conduct (or lab handbook) to establish explicit expectations for collegial behaviour.

Utilise agreed-upon values to provide an objective framework for conflict resolution and holding others to account.
