Agile & Scrum - An introduction to Agile software development (11:00)

This video lesson will look at Agile software development methodologies, using an example of Agile using the Scrum framework. You will look at the history of Agile, the differences between Agile and more traditional methodologies, as well as the key principles of Agile.

By the end of this video lesson you will know the concepts of Agile and how these work within a Scrum framework, as well as the structure of a Scrum team.
