It can be hard to know where to start when it comes to integrating equity, diversity and inclusion into your data research. Equality Impact Assessments (EqIA) are there to help. In clear steps, they guide your thinking around which groups of people may be excluded from your programmes or projects and how to overcome barriers to their involvement.

In this PEDRI webinar, you’ll find out how you can start to use EqIA principles to support equitable public involvement in data research, at any scale. Julian Harrison, an expert in equality, diversity and community cohesion, will share a free EqIA toolkit developed by the Centre for Ethnic Health Research and answer your questions about how you can use it.
